Lipstick Production Line 100L Lipstick Mixing Machine Stirring Melting Compartmentalized Heating Machine
Description:
The raw materials are heated using the heating mixing lipstick drum through segmented heating, which expands the raw materials' heating surface and efficiently regulates their heating temperature. With the use of a speed-regulating motor, the mixing speed can be efficiently managed. Its benefits include a broad range of applications, excellent efficiency, and ease of cleaning.

Uses Directions:
A. Power switch: this allows you to turn the machine's power on or off.
B. Drum temperature control switch: this switch controls the heating circuit for the drum.
C. A 24-hour relay: this can be programmed to switch on the machine at a specific time and turn it off at a different time. For instance, it can be set to heat automatically an hour before you leave for work in the morning.
D. Discharge port temperature control switch: this switch activates and deactivates the discharge port heating circuit's power supply.
E. Stirring motor speed control: adjust the stirring motor's speed and turn it on and off.
F. Message display: SV (green) indicates the set temperature and PV (red) indicates the system measured value, which is the actual temperature.
G. OUT indication: the heating indicator's input indicator; ALM1 and ALM2 indicators are for alarms 1 and 2, respectively. AT stands for PID automatic algorithm indicator.
H. SET key: this is the mode and setting key, which when pressed, changes the temperature and other setting parameters; The ← key moves the pointer in the direction of the amount of digits that must be changed in order to change the value. The ▼ and ▲ keys increase and decrease respectively.
I. Time relay: manage the duration of filling.
Uses Precautions:
A. Please make sure the materials are melted before turning on the stirring motor.
B. To avoid burns, please keep your hands away from the heated mixing drum.
C. After using it, please clean it to prevent future unstable and infinite amount failures.
D. To avoid spilling the raw materials during heating and mixing, please add no more than 70% of the barrel's volume while adding raw materials.
E. When stirring raw components too quickly, bubbles may form.
