Uses and function:
The PLC interface is all that is required to establish the specifications of the dose to be filled when all 12 colors that need to be filled have the same dosage range.
By adjusting the nut at the back of the pump, each of the 12 colors that need to be filled can have its dose range separately managed if they are not all the same.
Each of the 12 buckets has independent controls for heating, dosing, and turning on and off.
Through the photoelectric sensing optical fibre to the products above the assembly line, to adjust the sensor to the appropriate height and position, when the products need to be filled through the assembly line to the filling position fibre optic sensor, filling will be carried out once. Filling speed is adjusted by adjusting the speed of the assembly line.
